Our Recruiters

Our team is made up of highly trained and experienced child care professionals who have worked in the child care industry and know the field either in the capacity of a Director, Owner or classroom Teacher/Assistant. We understand the ever changing needs of staffing and are here to work with you to find the best possible permanent placements for your open positions. We take the "back and fourth" out of hiring/staffing- so your admin team doesn't have to!

Our Process

Once your programs contacts us via phone or email we will set you up with a FREE 15 minute Initial Consultation to see how we can help provide recruiting services to strengthen your centers program. Following, you will make the decision to partner with us and sign a Recruitment Agreement which will give you access to your personalized CareerPlug Account (which will have your job postings blasted out to 14+ different top job boards!) and a personal recruiter to help pre-screen and interview candidates.

Next, we will have a meeting at your programs location (or via zoom!) to discuss your hiring needs.

Following, we will get to work to create and monitor custom job descriptions based on your programs hiring needs. Candidates will be pre-screened, interviewed and reference checked before being sent to your facility for your team to make a final decision to hire. If a candidate is a good match- we will send out an offer letter to finalize hiring. You ONLY pay for candidates you decide are a good fit and hire!
