Our team is comprised of highly trained and experienced child care professionals who have worked in the child care industry as Directors, Owners, or classroom Teachers/Assistants. We specialize in childcare recruitment and understand the ever-changing needs of staffing. Our goal is to work with you to provide the best possible permanent staffing solutions for your open positions. We take the 'back and forth' out of hiring and staffing, so your admin team can focus on what they do best!
Our Process
Once your programs contact us via phone or email, we will set you up with a FREE 15-minute Initial Consultation to explore how our childcare recruitment services can strengthen your center's program. Following this, you will decide to partner with us and sign a Recruitment Agreement, which grants you access to your personalized CareerPlug Account. This account will ensure your job postings are blasted out to 14+ top job boards, along with a personal recruiter dedicated to helping you find the best candidates for your staffing solutions.
Next, we will meet at your program's location (or via Zoom!) to discuss your hiring needs in detail.
Afterward, we will create and monitor custom job descriptions tailored to your program’s hiring requirements. Candidates will be pre-screened, interviewed, and reference-checked before being sent to your facility for your team to make a final decision on hiring. If a candidate is a good match, we will send out an offer letter to finalize the hiring process. You ONLY pay for candidates you decide are a good fit and choose to hire for permanent staffing!
